G-Biscuit Stables Rahoo stalked the pace for more than a half, angled out four wide to challenge and gain the lead into the stretch, then drew off under steady handling to win by more than four lenghts.

Encore Racing's Yankee Injunuity, turning back to a turf-sprint after seven straight grass races at one mile and one-sixteenths came fastest of all through the stretch to win the five and one-half $52,250 Don Ciccio Stakes at Hawthorne Race Course. The 4 year old son of Yankee Victor is trained by James McMullen and was ridden flawlessly to victory by Jose Ferrer. For Yankee Injunuity, it was his fifth win of the year and increased his 2008 earnings to $110,729.

Sully's Wish a three time winner at the current Arlington Park meet for Ghost Racing's owners Mike Sullivan and George Cibula. Sully's Wish saved ground while stalking the pace, she made a bold move along the rail to take command inside the eight pole.
